Refund policy

 

Returns Policy:

  1. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the items being delivered.

  2. Sale items with a discount of over 20%, including black Friday, boxing day, flash sale, cyber Monday, Canada day, Easter, and holidays, are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges or store credit only will be provided.

  3. Sale items with a discount of over 60%, including black Friday, boxing day, flash sale, cyber Monday, Canada day, Easter, and holidays, are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  4. Pre-order items are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges or store credit only will be provided.

  5. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  6. All tags must remain attached to the unworn item(s).

  7. Items must be free from any signs of wear, stains, or odors.

  8. Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box, enclosed within a mailing bag. Taping the box alone is not sufficient.

  9. Gift cards cannot be returned.

If the above guidelines are not followed, BRIJ CLO reserves the right to return the item to you.

Helpful Tips:

  • Please write "RETURN" on the front of any parcel you wish to return. Failure to do so may result in additional customs and shipping charges, and we may decline your parcel.

  • Shoes should be tried on soft surfaces before general use. We do not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches.

  • Store credit in the form of an e-gift card will be provided for returned sale items or items purchased with a discount code.
