Returns:

- Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Sale items with discounts over 20% (including Black Friday, Boxing Day, Flash Sale, Cyber Monday, Canada Day, Easter, and holidays) are eligible for exchanges or store credit only.
- Sale items with discounts over 60% (including Black Friday, Boxing Day, Flash Sale, Cyber Monday, Canada Day, Easter, and holidays) are final sales and cannot be returned.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to items missing accessories (bags, wrapping paper, cards, tags) to support resale and environmental responsibility.
- Depending on the item's condition, a restocking fee of up to 30% may be assessed. Items should be in a try-on condition, free from odors, scratches, or stains.
- All returns must include the original packaging and attached tags.
- For footwear returns, place the shoes in their box within a mailing bag (do not tape the box directly).
- Please note that gift cards cannot be returned.

**Failure to follow return guidelines may result in us returning the item to you.


Helpful Tips:

- Label returned parcels with "RETURN" on the front to avoid additional customs and shipping charges.
- When trying on shoes, use soft surfaces to prevent sole markings or scratches; we cannot accept shoes with such marks.
- Sale item or discount code purchases will receive store credit in the form of an e-gift card.
